Dear Faridoon stables,
I’m writing to you on behalf of my daughter Hazel Canning (seen overleaf) with a quick update of the Castilian Colts we purchased form you just over 6 months ago.
Hazel is looking forward to her first ride on Inspiration Sensation (Aka. ‘Butterscotch’) and has been training very hard on our current horses for the occasion. We are pleased to report that Butterscotch has settled in well, and currently grazes with the professional dressage mares and their foals, we are hoping he picks up a few steps, and so far he seems to have his sires fantastic temperament and talent. Hazel has said to have seen him attempt a Paso Castellano, but unfortunately we cannot confirm. As for Marry Me, his original nick name seems to have been extended to ‘Blueberry’ by the staff at the stables. And we can confirm that Blueberry has already picked up the Paso Castellano, and loves to ‘woo’ the current mares with his moves. We are also considering the show off for some potential bull fighting, but at the moment we want to fully focus on the colts dressage career, he shows a lot of talent.

Hazel and Butterscotch, hoping I have the time to enter them in the Savannah fair, I didn’t mention in the post card that Hazel has been slipping his sweets like a naughty school child again *rolls eyes* she had another lecture about horse nutrition, hopefully she gets the idea now. Although Brandy did find it quite amusing that she was feeding butterscotch, butterscotch.-
